Mint/COcoa Nib Cordial

Ingredients
6oz vodka
10g crushed cocoa nibs
2.5g fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup white sugar
Instructions
Add first 3 ingredients into iSi whipper. Infuse two NO2 cartridges, shake for 10 seconds, and then let sit for 2-3 minutes. Let gas release and allow mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes, until bubbling is subsiding. Fine strain and whisk in sugar until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.
