I love a good spicy margarita (I do live in Texas, after all). This marg riff is as delicious as it is vibrant. And no, it doesn’t taste like Mountain Dew though you could easily fool me!
The base is a delicious serrano-infused tequila kindly sent by @fierotequila. I split the base with a touch of an awesome gin with lime/cilantro botanicals that fit incredibly well here. A little melon and a touch of celery was a nice complement without overtaking the serrano or general feel of a margarita. I can definitely see myself making this one more!
Recipe
1.5oz Serrano-infused tequila (@fierotequila, gifted)
0.5oz Gin (@old_harborSan Miguel, gifted)
0.5oz Midori
0.25oz agave syrup
0.75oz lime juice
4 drops celery bitters (@scrappysbitters, gifted)
Shake, strain, garnish with fresh cilantro. Cheers!!
