Quince Syrup


Recipe

  • 50g quince paste

  • 50g cane sugar

  • 50g water

  • 2g citric acid

Warm ingredients lightly over stovetop on medium-low heat. Stir gently until fully incorporated. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Pass syrup through a fine mesh strainer, and again through a coffee filter. Bottle and refrigerate.
