BBQ Syrup


RECIPE

  • 1/4 cup molasses

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp ancho chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, coarsely crushed

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, coarsely crushed

Heat all ingredients over stovetop on low heat for 2 min, stirring to incorporate. Turn off heat, let sit for 3 min. Strain through coffee filter.
